  Our prompt and courteous Toxicology Support Services representatives are here to provide you with the information you need to better understand and manage your drug testing program. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we are available via toll-free number and can address any questions or concerns regarding your account.

• Education and in-service training

  Education and training are critical to ensure correct specimen collection and shipment to the lab. Telephone and on-site staff training sessions are provided upon request. To get our clients up and running on specimen collection, results interpretation and internet reporting, RTL contacts all accounts within two weeks of set-up to schedule a convenient training date and time. Certificates of completion are provided at no additional fee.

• Expert witness services

  Expert witness services are available by affidavit, telephonically, or in-court. RTL's toxicologists are court (federal and state) approved as experts in forensic toxicology and/or urine and oral fluid drug testing.

  Join our network! If you are a collection site or TPA agency and wish to work directly with Redwood Toxicology Laboratory, please join our referral network.
