RTL screens urine specimens by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Presumptive positive specimens will be confirmed using a second aliquot prior to reporting positive results. RTL confirms urine specimens by GC/MS. The analytical methods used by RTL are scientifically accepted. Cutoff levels updated periodically.
