Dear Client:
Effective April 23, 2012, Redwood Toxicology Laboratory will update the screening method of the Designer Stimulant Panel (P81) to utilize Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS).

The P81 panel will continue to utilize Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) for quantitative confirmation of the 3 banned substances: MDPV, Methylone and Mephedrone. Analysis will continue to provide definitive synthetic stimulant biomarker test results.

The Expanded Designer Stimulant Panel (P80) will remain unchanged, and continue to utilize GC/MS for both screening and confirmation of 14 compounds.
